Full Gut and First Floor Open Concept Renovation

Challenge

Home owners wanted an open concept main floor that would marry working and living. The kitchen, dinning room and sitting area were built to add a sense of connection during mealtime tasks and entertaining.

Solution

This renovation was constructed to provide the owners with an open-concept first floor. All the walls were removed and an engineered wood beam was placed to ensure structural integrity. An L-shaped dividing wall was added once the space was opened up to enhance the intimacy of the living room.
